ShirtZone متجر مصري لملابس وتصميمات مخصّصة، ومعاه «ستيتش»، مساعد التصميم بالذكاء الاصطناعي. السياسة دي بتشرح إيه البيانات اللي بنجمعها لما تستخدم الموقع أو التطبيق، وبنستخدمها في إيه، وإيه اختياراتك.

المسؤول عن الخدمة والبيانات

ShirtZone اسم المتجر الذي يديره مصطفى علي زكريا، وهو المسؤول عن الخدمة وعن معالجة بيانات العملاء. عنوان النشاط: ١٧، بلوك ٩١، صقر قريش، الحي العاشر، مدينة نصر، القاهرة، مصر. للتواصل أو طلبات الخصوصية: shirtzone394@gmail.com · +20 109 542 8021.

البيانات اللي بنجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: بنحتفظ باسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني. عند الدخول بحساب Google بناخد معرّف الحساب من Google، وعند استخدام كلمة مرور بنخزّن بصمتها المشفّرة للتحقق من الدخول. ممكن تضيف رقم موبايلك في صفحة حسابك.
• الطلبات والتوصيل: اسم المستلم ورقم الموبايل والمدينة والمنطقة والعنوان وعلامة مميزة، والمنتجات والمقاسات والألوان والمبالغ وحالة الطلب والشحن.
• الدفع: الدفع بيتم عن طريق شركة الدفع «فواتيرك» (Fawaterak). إحنا مش بنشوف ولا بنخزّن بيانات كارتك؛ بنستلم بس نتيجة العملية ورقمها.
• التصميمات و«ستيتش»: الأفكار اللي بتكتبها، والصور اللي بترفعها كمرجع، والتصميمات الناتجة ونسخها، وتعديلاتك في الاستوديو، ورصيد الكريدت واستخدامه.
• «جرّبه عليك»: الصورة اللي بتصوّرها أو بتختارها لنفسك، والصورة اللي بنعملها ليك وإنت لابس القطعة، ووقت موافقتك على شروط الميزة. بنمسح بيانات الموقع والكاميرا (EXIF) من الصورة أول ما توصلنا.
• مقاساتك في «جرّبه عليك» (اختياري): الطول والوزن، ومحيط الصدر لو كتبته، والمقاس اللي اخترته. بنستخدمهم بس علشان نوريك القطعة بمقاسها الحقيقي عليك، وبنبعتهم لمزوّد الصور مع طلب المعاينة، وبيتمسحوا مع التجربة نفسها. مقاسات «مش عارف مقاسي؟» بتفضل على جهازك.
• الدعم: رسائلك مع فريق الدعم.
• المفضلة والتفضيلات: المنتجات اللي بتحفظها، واللغة والمظهر اللي بتختارهم. للزوار، المفضلة بتتحفظ على جهازك بس.
• الإشعارات: لو سمحت بالإشعارات، بنحفظ رمز الجهاز علشان نبعتلك تحديثات طلباتك.
• بيانات الأمان: قد يُعالج عنوان الشبكة (IP) في الاستضافة وحماية الخدمة وتحديد معدل الطلبات ومنع الاحتيال.
• الاستخدام والأعطال: الصفحات والمنتجات اللي بتفتحها، وكلمات البحث، وخطوات الشراء، وتقارير الأعطال، ومعاها نوع الجهاز ونسخة التطبيق واللغة، ومعرّف للجلسة، وعلى الموقع الصفحة اللي جيت منها وعلامات الحملات الإعلانية في الرابط. ده كله بمعرّف مجهول للجهاز بيترتبط بحسابك لما تسجّل دخولك. بنجمعها بنفسنا على سيرفراتنا، من غير أي أداة تحليلات أو إعلانات خارجية، ومش بنجمع نص الأفكار اللي بتكتبها لستيتش ضمن التحليلات.

بنستخدمها في إيه

• نشغّل حسابك ونعمل ونطبع ونوصّل طلباتك ونتابع الدفع والاسترداد.
• نولّد تصميماتك بالذكاء الاصطناعي، ويراجعها فريقنا ويجهّزها للطباعة قبل الإنتاج.
• نعمل معاينة «جرّبه عليك»: صورة ليك وإنت لابس التيشيرت اللي اخترته. صورتك بتتستخدم للمعاينة دي بس؛ عمرها ما بتتطبع ولا بتتستخدم كتصميم أو كمرجع لـ«ستيتش».
• نرد على طلبات الدعم ونبعتلك إشعارات عن طلباتك.
• نصلّح الأعطال ونحسّن التطبيق ونحمي الخدمة من إساءة الاستخدام.

مش بنبيع بياناتك، ومش بنستخدمها للإعلانات أو لتتبعك في تطبيقات أو مواقع تانية.

مين بيشوفها معانا

بنشارك البيانات اللازمة بس مع شركات بتقدّم الخدمة لحسابنا:

• Google (تسجيل الدخول واستضافة الموقع والإشعارات عبر Firebase).
• Railway (استضافة السيرفرات وقاعدة البيانات) وCloudflare R2 (تخزين الصور والتصميمات). صور «جرّبه عليك» ونتايجها بتتخزّن في مساحة خاصة، ومش بتتفتح غير بروابط مؤقتة ليك إنت بس.
• مزوّدي الذكاء الاصطناعي، زي OpenAI وGoogle، علشان توليد وتعديل التصميمات من أفكارك وصورك، وعلشان يفحصوا صورة «جرّبه عليك» ويعملوا المعاينة بس.
• فواتيرك لمعالجة المدفوعات، وشركات الشحن لتوصيل طلبك (الاسم والموبايل والعنوان بس).

ممكن نفصح عن بيانات لو القانون أو جهة رسمية مختصة طلبت ده.

اختياراتك

• تقدر توقف «ساعدنا في تحسين شيرت زون» من الإعدادات، فالتطبيق يبطّل يبعت بيانات الاستخدام. بعض الأحداث بيسجّلها السيرفر نفسه (زي تسجيل الدخول والسلة والدفع والأخطاء) علشان تشغيل الخدمة.
• تقدر تعدّل اسمك ورقمك من صفحة الحساب، وتوقف الإشعارات من إعدادات جهازك.
• تقدر تمسح أي صورة أو تجربة من شاشة «جرّبه عليك»، أو تمسحهم كلهم مرة واحدة من الإعدادات ← الخصوصية ← «امسح صور التجربة بتاعتي».
• «حذف الحساب» من صفحة الحساب بيوقف حسابك فورًا، وقد يرجع عند تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google المرتبط به؛ ده تعطيل للحساب وليس مسحًا نهائيًا. للمسح النهائي، ابعتلنا طلبًا من البريد المسجّل. هنوضح إجراءات التنفيذ وأي بيانات يلزم الاحتفاظ بها قانونًا، زي سجلات الطلبات والمدفوعات، وفقًا للمواعيد القانونية.
• تقدر تطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها على نفس البريد.

مدة الاحتفاظ

بنحتفظ ببيانات الحساب طول ما هو نشط. سجلات الطلبات والمدفوعات بنحتفظ بيها المدة اللي القانون بيطلبها. أحداث الاستخدام التفصيلية بتتمسح بعد ١٣ شهر، والإحصائيات المجمّعة من غير بيانات شخصية ممكن تفضل أطول. صور «جرّبه عليك» ونتايجها تنتهي بعد ٣٠ يوم وتزال عن طريق مهام التنظيف، ويمكن طلب حذفها قبل ذلك من الميزة أو الإعدادات. قد تتطلب إزالة الملفات وقتًا فنيًا لإتمام التنظيف. تعطيل الحساب وحده ليس طلبًا للمسح النهائي.

الأمان والأطفال

كل البيانات بتتنقل مشفّرة (HTTPS)، والوصول ليها محدود لفريقنا اللي محتاجها. الخدمة ليست موجهة للأطفال. على من هم أقل من ١٨ سنة استخدام الخدمة من خلال حساب ولي الأمر وبإشرافه؛ لا تجمع بيانات طفل أو صوره من خلال هذه الخدمة. في «جرّبه عليك» استخدم صورك إنت بس أو صور حد وافق، وممنوع صور الأطفال؛ الصور اللي باين فيها طفل بنرفضها.

أساس المعالجة والاختيارات الاختيارية

بيانات الحساب والشراء والتوصيل ضرورية لتقديم الخدمة وتنفيذ الطلب. قد نحتفظ بالسجلات للالتزامات القانونية أو للدفاع عن الحقوق، ونستخدم بيانات التشغيل اللازمة للأمان ومنع الاحتيال. الموافقة هي أساس الأنشطة الاختيارية التي تتطلبها، ويمكن سحبها؛ سحب الموافقة لا يلغي المعالجة السابقة المشروعة. الاطلاع على هذه السياسة ليس موافقة تلقائية على التسويق أو على استخدام صورتك في ميزة اختيارية.

حقوقك وطريقة تقديم الطلب

يمكنك طلب الوصول لبياناتك أو نسخة منها، وتصحيحها أو استكمالها، وحذفها، أو تقييد المعالجة أو الاعتراض عليها، وسحب الموافقة، ونقل البيانات حيث يطبق ذلك قانونًا. ابعت الطلب على البريد أعلاه مع نوع الطلب. نرد خلال ستة أيام عمل من تقديمه؛ وقد نطلب معلومات مناسبة للتحقق من هويتك وحماية حسابك. لا ترسل كلمة المرور أو بيانات الكارت. إذا تعذر تنفيذ جزء من الطلب بسبب التزام قانوني، سنوضح السبب. يمكنك أيضًا تقديم شكوى إلى مركز حماية البيانات الشخصية.

التخزين على جهازك والخدمات الخارجية

الموقع والتطبيق يستخدمان التخزين المحلي ووسائل حفظ الجلسة لتسجيل الدخول والتفضيلات والمفضلة وتجربة الاستخدام. مسح بيانات الموقع من المتصفح قد يسجّل خروجك ويمسح اختيارات الزائر؛ لا يحذف البيانات الموجودة على السيرفر. الدخول بحساب Google ومقدم الدفع قد يستخدمان وسائل تخزين وسياسات خاصة بهما. لا نستخدم شبكات تتبع إعلانية خارجية داخل المتجر.

المعالجة خارج مصر والتصميمات

خدمات الاستضافة وتخزين الصور والذكاء الاصطناعي المذكورة قد تعالج البيانات خارج مصر. تواصل معنا لمعرفة تفاصيل مزودي الخدمة وأماكن المعالجة ذات الصلة بطلبك. الصور الشخصية وقياسات الجسم والصور المرجعية قد تصل إلى مزود الذكاء الاصطناعي عند استخدام الميزة؛ لا ترفع بيانات أو صورًا تخص غيرك بدون إذنه. التصميمات وصور المنتجات المعروضة للبيع قد تكون عامة؛ هذا يختلف عن صور «جرّبه عليك» المحفوظة بشكل خاص. لا ننشر صورتك الشخصية كتسويق بمجرد استخدام الميزة.

أمان البيانات والإبلاغ عن مشكلة

نستخدم وسائل الحماية المتاحة للخدمة، لكن لا يوجد نظام يضمن انعدام المخاطر. إذا لاحظت دخولًا غير معتاد أو كشفًا لبيانات، تواصل معنا فورًا؛ لا ترسل أسرار الحساب. نقيّم البلاغات ونتخذ إجراءات الاحتواء والإخطار التي يفرضها القانون. لا نطلب كلمة المرور أو رمز أمان الكارت عبر الدعم.

Privacy Policy

ShirtZone is an Egyptian store for clothing and custom designs, with Stitch, an AI design companion. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website or app, why, and the choices you have.

Service operator and data controller

ShirtZone is the store name operated by Mostafa Ali Zakaria, responsible for the service and processing customer information. Business address: 17, Block 91, Saqr Quraish, 10th District, Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt. For support or privacy requests: shirtzone394@gmail.com · +20 109 542 8021.

What we collect

• Account: we store your name and email address. Google sign-in also provides your Google account ID; password sign-in stores a password hash for authentication. You can add a phone number on your account page.
• Orders and delivery: recipient name, phone, city, area, street address and landmark; the products, sizes, colours, amounts, order status and shipment details.
• Payments: payments are handled by our payment provider, Fawaterak. We never see or store your card details; we receive only the result and reference of each payment.
• Designs and Stitch: the ideas you type, images you upload as references, the designs and versions produced, your Studio edits, and your credit balance and usage.
• Try it on: the photo of yourself you take or choose, the image we make of you wearing the garment, and when you accepted the feature's terms. Location and camera data (EXIF) are removed from the photo as soon as it reaches us.
• Your measurements in Try it on (optional): height, weight, chest if you enter it, and the size you chose. We use them only to show the garment at its real size on you, send them to the image provider with that preview request, and delete them together with the try-on. Answers in “Don’t know my size?” stay on your device.
• Support: your conversations with our support team.
• Favourites and preferences: products you save and your language and appearance choices. For guests, favourites stay on your device.
• Notifications: if you allow notifications, a device token so we can send order updates.
• Security information: network addresses (IP) may be processed by hosting and security systems for request limits, fraud prevention and service protection.
• Usage and errors: screens and products you view, searches, checkout steps and crash reports, with your platform, app version, language and a session ID, and on the website the site that referred you and any campaign tags in the link. These are tied to a random device ID that is linked to your account when you sign in. We collect this ourselves on our own servers, with no third-party analytics or advertising tools. Analytics never includes the text of your Stitch prompts.

How we use it

• To run your account, produce, print and deliver your orders, and handle payments and refunds.
• To generate your designs with AI; our team reviews and prepares every design for print before production.
• To make your Try it on preview: an image of you wearing the tee you chose. Your photo is used only for that preview; it is never printed or used as a design or as a reference for Stitch.
• To answer support requests and send updates about your orders.
• To fix problems, improve the app and protect the service from abuse.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Who we share it with

Only what is needed, with companies that provide services on our behalf:

• Google (sign-in, website hosting and notifications through Firebase).
• Railway (servers and database) and Cloudflare R2 (image and design storage). Try it on photos and results are kept in private storage and opened only through short-lived links for you.
• AI providers such as OpenAI and Google, to generate and edit designs from your ideas and images, and only to check your Try it on photo and make the preview.
• Fawaterak for payments, and delivery partners to ship your order (name, phone and address only).

We may disclose information when the law or a competent authority requires it.

Your choices

• Turn off “Help improve ShirtZone” in Settings and the app stops sending usage data. Some events are recorded by our servers to operate the service (such as sign-in, cart, payments and errors).
• Edit your name and phone on your account page, and turn off notifications in your device settings.
• Delete any Try it on photo or result on the Try it on screen, or all of them at once in Settings → Privacy → “Delete my try-on photos”.
• “Delete account” on the account page deactivates your account immediately; Google sign-in with the linked account can restore it. This is deactivation, not permanent erasure. For permanent erasure, email us from your account address. We will explain the process and any records that must legally be retained, such as orders and payments, within the applicable legal deadlines.
• You can ask for a copy of your data or a correction at the same address.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is active. Order and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires. Detailed usage events are deleted after 13 months; aggregate statistics without personal data may be kept longer. Try it on photos and results expire after 30 days and are removed by cleanup tasks; you may request earlier deletion in the feature or Settings. File removal may take technical processing time to complete. Account deactivation alone is not a permanent erasure request.

Security and children

All data travels encrypted over HTTPS, and access is limited to the team members who need it. ShirtZone is not directed at children. People under 18 should use the service through a parent or guardian account and under their supervision; do not collect a child’s information or photos through this service. For Try it on, use only photos of yourself or of someone who agreed, and never photos of children; photos that appear to show a child are refused.

Processing grounds and optional choices

Account, purchase and delivery information is needed to provide the service and fulfil orders. Records may also be needed for legal obligations or defending legal rights; necessary operational information supports security and fraud prevention. Consent is the basis for optional activities that require it and may be withdrawn without invalidating earlier lawful processing. Reading this policy is not automatic consent to marketing or to using your photo in an optional feature.

Your rights and requests

You may request access or a copy, correction or completion, erasure, restriction or objection, consent withdrawal, and transfer of data where legally applicable. Email the address above with your request type. We respond within six working days of submission; proportionate identity checks may be needed to protect your account. Never send passwords or card details. If a legal obligation prevents part of your request, we explain why. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Center.

Device storage and external services

The website and app use local storage and session mechanisms for sign-in, preferences, favourites and service operation. Clearing browser site data may sign you out and erase guest choices; it does not erase server records. Google sign-in and the payment provider may use their own storage mechanisms and policies. We do not embed external advertising tracking networks in the store.

Processing outside Egypt and designs

The hosting, image storage and AI services described above may process information outside Egypt. Contact us for details of providers and processing locations relevant to your request. Personal photos, body measurements and reference images may be sent to an AI provider when you use the feature; do not upload someone else's information or image without permission. Designs and product images displayed for sale may be public, unlike privately stored Try it on photos. Using that feature does not authorise us to publish your personal photo for marketing.

Data security and reporting a problem

We use the service's available protections, but no system can guarantee zero risk. Report unusual access or exposed information promptly using our contact details, without sending account secrets. We assess reports and take containment and notification steps required by law. Support does not ask for your password or card security code.

Changes and contact
