أهلًا بيك في ShirtZone. باستخدامك للموقع أو التطبيق أو بعمل طلب، إنت موافق على الشروط دي. سياسة الخصوصية بتوضح معالجة البيانات بشكل منفصل؛ قبول الشروط مش موافقة تلقائية على نشاط اختياري يحتاج موافقة خاصة.
المسؤول عن الخدمة والبيانات

الحساب
بتسجّل دخولك بالإيميل وكلمة المرور أو بحساب Google، وإنت مسؤول عن أي نشاط بيتم من حسابك. إنشاء الحساب والشراء يتمان بواسطة شخص بالغ عمره ١٨ سنة على الأقل. يمكن لولي الأمر شراء ملابس لأطفاله من حسابه وبمسؤوليته؛ لا ترفع صور أطفال في ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي. ممكن نوقف أي حساب بيسيء استخدام الخدمة أو بيخالف الشروط دي.
الطلبات والدفع والإلغاء
- الأسعار بالجنيه المصري ومعروضة قبل الدفع. الدفع مقدّمًا أونلاين عن طريق فواتيرك.
- الطلب بيتأكد بعد نجاح الدفع. ترتيبات ومدة التوصيل موضحة أدناه وفي سياسة الشحن.
- تقدر تطلب الإلغاء قبل الإنتاج من صفحة الطلب أو عن طريق الدعم إذا الزر غير ظاهر، ولو دفعت هنرد المبلغ المستحق. بعد بدء الإنتاج، المنتج المخصّص المطابق لمواصفاتك لا يُلغى لمجرد تغيير الرأي؛ حقوقك القانونية في الإلغاء والعيب والاسترجاع تظل قائمة.
التصميمات المخصّصة و«ستيتش»
- كل تصميم مخصّص بيراجعه فريقنا ويجهّزه للطباعة قبل الإنتاج. لو ماقدرناش نوصل بيه لجودة الطباعة اللي بنوعد بيها، بنلغي الطلب ونرجّعلك المبلغ كامل، ومش بنطبع حاجة.
- ممكن يبقى في فرق بسيط بين الألوان على الشاشة والطباعة على القماش.
- إنت مسؤول إن الصور والأفكار اللي بترفعها أو بتكتبها من حقك تستخدمها، وماتخالفش حقوق حد تاني ولا القانون. ممنوع المحتوى المسيء أو المخالف لإرشادات المحتوى، ومن حقنا نرفض أي تصميم.
- تحتفظ بالحقوق التي تملكها قانونًا في المحتوى المرسل، وتمنحنا الإذن اللازم لتوليد التصميم وطباعته وتوصيله وعرضه لك.
- «ستيتش» بيستخدم الذكاء الاصطناعي، ونتايجه ممكن تبقى غير متوقعة؛ راجع التصميم كويس قبل ما تطلب.
- «جرّبه عليك» بيعمل بالذكاء الاصطناعي معاينة ليك وإنت لابس التيشيرت؛ هي معاينة تقريبية مش صورة للمنتج الحقيقي. استخدم صورك إنت بس أو صور حد وافق، وممنوع صور الأطفال. صورتك عمرها ما بتتطبع ولا بتتستخدم كتصميم.
الكريدت
الكريدت بيتصرف على توليد وتعديل التصميمات في «ستيتش»، وعلى كل معاينة «جرّبه عليك» بنفس سعر التصميم. ملوش قيمة نقدية ومش بيتحوّل لحساب تاني. لو طلب اترفض بسبب إرشادات المحتوى مش بيتخصم كريدت. أي كريدت بيتضاف أو يترجع بيظهر في سجل رصيدك.
الاستبدال والاسترجاع ورد المبالغ
- المنتجات المطبوعة بتصميمك الخاص معمولة مخصوص ليك، فمش بنقبل إرجاعها لمجرد تغيير الرأي.
- لو المنتج وصل فيه عيب أو تلف، أو مختلف عن طلبك، كلّمنا خلال ٣٠ يوم من الاستلام، وهنستبدله أو نرجّعلك فلوسك.
- المنتجات غير المخصّصة تقدر تستبدلها أو تسترجعها خلال ١٤ يوم من الاستلام وهي بحالتها الأصلية، وفقًا للقانون.
في الاسترجاع القانوني للمنتجات غير المخصّصة خلال ١٤ يوم، لا نفرض مصروفات استرجاع إضافية. للمنتجات المعيبة أو غير المطابقة خلال ٣٠ يوم، نرتب الاستبدال أو الرد وفقًا لاختيارك والحقوق القانونية، دون تكلفة إضافية، خلال أسبوع من لجوئك إلينا. نرد المبلغ المستحق بذات وسيلة الشراء، بما يشمل أي رسوم يلزم ردها قانونًا؛ لا نفرض رصيد متجر بدل رد المبلغ. أي وقت إضافي لظهور القيد البنكي لا يلغي التزامنا القانوني بتنفيذ الرد.
تواصل برقم الطلب ووصف المشكلة؛ الصور وإثبات الشراء يساعدان المراجعة إذا توفرا. نرتب معك الاستلام ونؤكد الحالة ومرجع الرد عند توفره. تعليمات التنسيق مع الدعم لا تسقط حقك إذا قدمت طلبًا قانونيًا في موعده. استثناء المواصفات الخاصة لا يشمل العيب أو مخالفة المواصفات المتفق عليها.
وصف المنتجات والأسعار وتأكيد الطلب
راجع وصف القطعة، الخامة والمقاس واللون والتصميم قبل الطلب. صور الموكاب ومعاينات الذكاء الاصطناعي للتوضيح وليست صورة لكل قطعة يتم إنتاجها؛ لا يلغي ذلك حقك في منتج مطابق للوصف والمواصفات المتفق عليها. لا نغيّر التصميم أو المقاس أو السعر المتفق عليه بدون موافقتك. أسعار الموقع بالجنيه المصري، وتظهر رسوم الشحن وأي مبالغ واجبة ضمن ملخص الدفع قبل تأكيده. يرجع طلب التعديل أو الخطأ الظاهر في السعر إلى الدعم؛ لا يتم تحصيل زيادة غير معروضة بدون موافقة جديدة.
احتفظ برقم الطلب وإثبات الدفع وملخص المواصفات. ظهور محاولة دفع معلّقة لا يعني تأكيد الدفع؛ راجع حالة الطلب قبل إعادة المحاولة لتجنب التكرار. إذا تعذر تنفيذ الطلب بسبب عدم التوفر أو خطأ، نبلغك ولا نستبدله بمنتج آخر دون موافقتك، ونرد المبلغ المدفوع عن الجزء غير المنفذ.
التوصيل والشكاوى وحقوق المستهلك
التوصيل داخل المناطق المتاحة في مصر خلال ٧ أيام من تأكيد الطلب والدفع، ما لم نتفق معك صراحة على موعد آخر. التكلفة تظهر قبل الدفع. قد تتأثر المواعيد بظروف الشحن؛ نوضح التأخير ونتعامل معك للوصول لحل يحفظ حقوقك. راجع سياسة الشحن والاسترجاع ورد المبالغ.
التصميم الجاهز في كتالوج المتجر ليس مستثنى تلقائيًا من الإرجاع لمجرد طباعته بعد الطلب. استثناء المواصفات الخاصة ينطبق فقط عندما تكون السلعة مصنوعة حسب مواصفات حددتها أنت ومطابقة لها. تبقى حقوق العيب وعدم المطابقة قائمة حتى للمنتجات المخصّصة. ترتيبات الإلغاء قبل الإنتاج لا تلغي حقوقك القانونية بعد التسليم، وغياب زر الإلغاء لا يمنع التواصل أو ممارسة حق قانوني.
للشكوى أو طلب فاتورة/بيان بالطلب، تواصل عبر البريد أو الهاتف أو الدعم مع رقم الطلب وإثبات الشراء إن توفر. صور العيب تساعد الفحص وليست شرطًا يسقط الحق. إذا لم يُحل النزاع، يمكنك اللجوء إلى جهاز حماية المستهلك أو الجهات والقضاء المختص. لا يلزم التنازل عن شكوى أو قبول رصيد متجر بدل مبلغ مستحق.
حقوق الملكية واستخدام المحتوى
يظل المحتوى الذي تملكه ملكًا لك. تمنحنا ترخيصًا غير حصري في الحدود اللازمة لمعالجة طلبك وتوليد معاينته وتجهيزه وطباعته وتوصيله، ولمشاركة البيانات اللازمة مع مقدمي الخدمة لهذا الغرض. الترخيص لا يجيز لنا بيع صورك الشخصية أو استخدامها في إعلانات دون إذن منفصل. لا ترفع شعارات أو شخصيات أو صورًا محمية إلا إذا لديك إذن مناسب للاستخدام التجاري. كون الصورة مولدة بالذكاء الاصطناعي لا يضمن خلوها من حقوق الآخرين أو منحك حقًا حصريًا فيها. للإبلاغ عن تعدٍّ، أرسل رابط المحتوى وإثبات الحق ووسيلة تواصل؛ نراجع البلاغ ونتخذ الإجراء المناسب.
رصيد التصميم والاستخدام المقبول
راجع تكلفة الكريدت الظاهرة قبل طلب التوليد. الرصيد داخل الخدمة ليس وديعة أو محفظة نقدية، وعدم قابليته للتحويل لا يلغي أي استرداد يقرره القانون لمبلغ دفعته. راجع سجل الرصيد وتواصل مع الدعم عند الخصم المكرر أو عملية فاشلة؛ لا يُسمح باستخدام الخدمة للاحتيال أو اختراق الحسابات أو نشر محتوى مخالف. أي تقييد للحساب لا يلغي المطالبة بمبلغ أو حق سابق.
تحديث الشروط
نسخة الشروط المعروضة وقت تأكيد الطلب تحكم ذلك الطلب. التحديثات اللاحقة لا تنتقص من حقوقه بأثر رجعي. نحدّث التاريخ ونبلغك بالتغييرات الجوهرية بالطريقة المتاحة. إذا تعارض نص مع حكم إلزامي، يسري الحكم القانوني وتظل بقية النصوص نافذة بالقدر المسموح.
المسؤولية
بنبذل أقصى جهدنا علشان الخدمة تشتغل كويس، لكن ممكن يحصل انقطاع أو أخطاء. نظل مسؤولين عن التزاماتنا وفقًا للقانون؛ لا يستبعد أي نص مسؤولية لا يسمح القانون باستبعادها، بما فيها حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية أو المسؤولية عن الاحتيال. الشروط دي مابتأثرش على حقوقك في قانون حماية المستهلك المصري.

Terms of Service
Welcome to ShirtZone. By using our website or app, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy separately explains how information is used; optional processing requiring consent is not authorised merely by accepting these terms.
Service operator and data controller

Your account
You sign in with your email and password or your Google account and are responsible for activity on it. Account creation and purchases must be made by an adult aged at least 18. A parent or guardian may order clothing for children through their own account and responsibility; do not upload children’s photos to AI features. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or break these terms.
Orders, payment and cancellation
- Prices are in Egyptian pounds and shown before you pay. Payment is made online in advance through Fawaterak.
- An order is confirmed once payment succeeds. Delivery arrangements and the stated delivery period are set out below and in the shipping policy.
- You can request pre-production cancellation from the order page or Support if the option is unavailable; eligible paid cancellations are refunded. Once production starts, a conforming personalised order cannot be cancelled solely for a change of mind; statutory cancellation, defect and return rights remain unaffected.
Custom designs and Stitch
- Our team reviews and prepares every custom design for print before production. If we cannot bring it to the print quality we promise, we cancel the order, refund you in full and print nothing.
- Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed fabric.
- You are responsible for having the right to use any image or idea you upload or type, and it must not infringe anyone's rights or the law. Offensive content or content against our content guidelines is not allowed, and we may decline any design.
- You retain the rights you lawfully hold in submitted content and allow the use needed to generate, print, deliver and show your design to you.
- Stitch uses AI, and its results can be unexpected; check your design carefully before ordering.
- Try it on uses AI to make a preview of you wearing the tee; it is an approximation, not a photo of the actual product. Use only photos of yourself or of someone who agreed, and never photos of children. Your photo is never printed or used as a design.
Credits
Credits are spent on generating and editing designs with Stitch, and on each Try it on preview at the same price as a design. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account. A request blocked by our content guidelines is not charged. Any credits added or returned appear in your credit history.
Exchanges, returns and refunds
- Items printed with your own design are made just for you, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.
- If an item arrives defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.
- Non-personalised items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition, subject to law.
For lawful returns of non-personalised items within 14 days, we do not charge additional return expenses. For defective or non-conforming items within 30 days, we arrange replacement or refund in accordance with your choice and legal rights, without additional cost, within one week of your request to us. Refunds use the purchase payment method, including any charges legally due for refund; store credit is not imposed instead. Additional bank posting time does not remove our legal obligation to carry out the refund.
Contact us with your order number and issue description; photos and purchase evidence assist review if available. We arrange collection and provide status and the refund reference when available. Support coordination instructions do not extinguish a legal request made in time. The special-specification exception never removes remedies for defects or failure to match agreed specifications.
Product descriptions, prices and order confirmation
Review the garment, material, size, colour and design before ordering. Mockups and AI previews illustrate the product rather than photograph each manufactured item; this does not remove your right to an item matching its description and agreed specifications. We do not change the agreed design, size or price without your consent. Prices are in Egyptian pounds; shipping and applicable charges appear in the payment summary before confirmation. Contact Support about a requested change or apparent price error; no undisclosed increase is charged without renewed agreement.
Keep your order number, payment evidence and specification summary. A pending payment attempt is not confirmed payment; check your order status before trying again to avoid duplicates. If an order cannot be fulfilled because of availability or an error, we notify you, do not substitute without consent, and refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled part.
Delivery, complaints and consumer rights
Delivery is within available areas in Egypt within 7 days of order and payment confirmation, unless a different date is expressly agreed with you. Fees appear before payment. Shipping circumstances may affect timing; we explain delays and work towards a resolution preserving your rights. See shipping and returns and refunds.
A ready-made catalogue design is not automatically excluded from returns merely because it is printed after ordering. The special-specification exception applies only to an item made to specifications you chose and conforming to them. Defect and non-conformity rights remain for personalised items. Pre-production cancellation arrangements do not remove post-delivery statutory rights; an unavailable cancellation button does not prevent contacting us or exercising a legal right.
For a complaint or an invoice/order statement, contact us by email, phone or Support with your order number and purchase evidence if available. Defect photos help assessment but are not a condition that extinguishes your rights. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Consumer Protection Agency, competent authorities or courts. You need not waive a complaint or accept store credit instead of a refund due.
Content ownership and use
Content you own remains yours. You grant a non-exclusive licence limited to processing your request, generating previews, preparing, printing and delivering it, including necessary sharing with service providers for that purpose. It does not authorise selling personal photos or using them in advertising without separate permission. Upload protected logos, characters or images only with appropriate commercial-use permission. AI generation does not guarantee freedom from third-party rights or exclusive ownership. To report infringement, send the content link, evidence of rights and contact details; we review and take appropriate action.
Design credits and acceptable use
Review the displayed credit cost before generation. In-service credits are not a cash deposit or payment wallet; non-transferability does not remove any statutory refund for money paid. Check your credit history and contact Support about duplicate deductions or failed requests. Fraud, account intrusion and unlawful content are prohibited. Account restrictions do not remove claims to existing amounts or rights.
Changes to these terms
The version shown when an order is confirmed governs that order. Later changes do not retrospectively reduce its rights. We update the date and communicate material changes through available channels. Mandatory law overrides a conflicting term; the remainder applies to the extent permitted.
Liability
We work hard to keep ShirtZone running well, but interruptions and errors can happen. We remain responsible for our obligations under applicable law. No term excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer remedies or liability for fraud. Nothing here limits your rights under Egyptian consumer protection law.
